This filter meets the ‌NIOSH P100 standard‌, offering ‌99.97% filtration efficiency‌ against both non-oil and oil-based particulates. It features a ‌three-layer electrostatic filtration structure‌ for easier breathing and includes an ‌activated carbon layer‌ to reduce nuisance levels of organic vapors.

Designed for long-term use in industrial environments, it effectively captures dust particles such as mineral dust, coal dust, iron ore dust, cotton dust, flour dust, and metal fumes generated during ‌welding, cutting, or other high-heat metalworking processes‌.

Compatible with ‌3M 6200, 6500, 6800, and 7500 series respirators‌ — use two filters (one per side) for full protection. Features a ‌bayonet-style twist-lock design‌ for quick and secure installation.

‌Packaging:‌ 2 filters per pack, 50 packs per box (100 filters total).
‌Service Life:‌ Replace the filter when damaged, soiled, or when breathing resistance increases noticeably. Always change the filter in a safe, clean environment.
